| Park the car with the front wheels pointed inboard on the
side of the car with the fog lamp that needs adjustment. |
|
| Locate the 4" rubber plug in the front of the wheel
well directly behind the fog lamp and pop it out using a flat bladed
screwdriver or similar. |
 |
| If only one fog lamp is out of adjustment, you can use the
good one as a reference. A quick and easy way to do this is to tape
a piece of paper to a board or similar. Place it standing up on the
floor a few feet in front of the good lamp. Turn the fog lights on
and mark on the paper the top and bottom of the fog lamp beam. Move
the paper over to the side of the car with the bad fog lamp adjustment and
place it the same basic distance in front of the car. The goal will
be to move the vertical position of the lamp beam to match the good one. |
 |
| Looking through the access hole, you will see a threaded
shaft extending back from the fog lamp with a white square head on
it. Turning this in (CW) will lower the beam, turning it out (CCW)
will raise the beam. Turn this adjustment until the light beam falls
approximately at the same level as the good one. |
