Remove VBand clamp.jpg (51768 bytes) While down there, also remove the V-band clamp from each exhaust pipe Removing Plug shields.jpg (81354 bytes) Removing the plug shields.  They just press in place, so I used small vise grips to wiggle them loose.
Remove Header bolts.jpg (76646 bytes) Removing the header bolts.  After removing the bolts, the headers just pull up and out of the engine bay. Cutting Exhaust pipe.jpg (68168 bytes) To complete the exhaust removal, the then cut out the flex section of pipe.

Install gasket and half header.jpg (84001 bytes) Here shows the gaskets held in place with a couple of bolts and 1/2 of the header is installed loosely in place Installing headers.jpg (76832 bytes) Here is the 2nd part of the header being installed.  The headers install from the top of the vehicle.
RTVing header collector.jpg (44063 bytes) Once the header pipes are in place, the 2 to 1 collector is RTV'd and bolted up to the header pipes Install.jpg (75648 bytes) This shows the headers in place.  The O2 sensors get reinstalled into one of the header tubes.
